Louise Nichols

Originally from Nottingham and after graduating with a B.A.Hons. Degree in fashion and textiles Louise has worked freelance, designing upholstery fabric, wallpaper, cards and wrapping paper.

She creates original pieces of work in her studio, lino printing her designs onto mainly linens and cotton fabrics. She then layers on other fabrics & adds all of the detail by hand and occasionally machine.

She feels lucky to be living in lovely Cornwall. Inspired by everything! People, scenery, walks in the mist, colours & textures.......all the beautiful things that surround her
